Cost & Pricing
The cost of a new garage door depends on size, insulation, material, windows, and hardware, and we give a free, itemized estimate before any work starts. We install Clopay doors in raised-panel, carriage-house, modern flush, and full-view glass styles. Call us or start a free quote for pricing specific to your home.
Garage door spring replacement is typically $399 to $499 for one standard torsion or extension spring, parts and labor included. Heavy doors or two-spring setups may cost more. We stock common springs on our trucks and can often replace them the same day, so your door is safely back up fast.
Our service call is $149 and includes a full diagnosis, up to one hour of a technician's time on-site, and a complete door and opener tune-up with safety checks. If you approve a repair, that fee applies toward the work. There are no surprise charges; you get clear pricing up front before anything is done.
Fill out our 60-second quote form online or call us at (480) 000-0000. Tell us what you need, a new door, a broken spring, an opener, or a repair, and we'll reply within business hours with a free, no-pressure estimate. For new doors, we'll help you choose a style that fits your home and budget.
Yes. After-hours and emergency service adds $149 to the standard service call, on top of the $149 service call that includes diagnosis, up to one hour of labor, and a full safety tune-up. We tell you the total up front before we come out, so there are no surprises. For a non-urgent repair, daytime service avoids the extra fee.
New Garage Doors
Repair when the door is under about 10 years old and the damage is limited to a spring, cable, roller, or panel. Replace when panels are dented, the door is uninsulated, parts are failing repeatedly, or you want a new look. We'll inspect it with a service call and give an honest recommendation.
Most single or double garage door installations take two to four hours from start to finish, including removing the old door, hanging the new one, and a full safety tune-up. Opener installs add about an hour. We clean up the job site and test everything before we leave.
We install Clopay garage doors and LiftMaster openers. Clopay offers carriage-house, modern flush, raised-panel, and full-view glass styles in insulated and non-insulated builds. LiftMaster openers add quiet belt drives, battery backup, and smart-phone control. Both are trusted, widely supported brands with strong warranties.
Yes. Insulated garage doors use a foam core that keeps your garage cooler in Phoenix summers and quieter year-round, which matters when living space sits above or beside the garage. We offer Clopay insulated doors in every style. We'll show you R-value options and help you choose during your free estimate.
Often, yes. If only one panel is dented and the rest of the door is in good shape, we can swap the single panel, as long as a matching panel is still available for your door model. If panels are discontinued or multiple sections are damaged, a full door replacement is usually the better value.
Springs
Garage door spring replacement is typically $399 to $499 for one standard torsion or extension spring, parts and labor included. Heavy doors or two-spring setups may cost more. We stock common springs on our trucks and can often replace them the same day, so your door is safely back up fast.

Yes. We aim for same-day service across the East Valley for broken springs, doors off track, and opener failures, because a stuck door is a safety and security problem. Call before midday for the best chance of a same-day visit; after-hours emergency service is also available.
Garage door springs typically last 7 to 12 years, or about 10,000 open-close cycles, whichever comes first. Heat, door weight, and how often you use the door all affect lifespan. If one spring breaks on a two-spring door, the other is usually close behind, so we recommend replacing both at once.
Openers
For most East Valley homes we recommend a LiftMaster belt-drive opener with Wi-Fi and battery backup. Belt drives are the quietest option, which matters when a bedroom or living space sits above the garage. Battery backup keeps the door working during monsoon-season power outages, and myQ Wi-Fi lets you control it from your phone.
Belt drives use a reinforced rubber belt, so they're nearly silent and best when the garage sits under living space. Chain drives are louder but more affordable and very durable, making them a solid pick for a detached garage where noise doesn't matter. We help you choose based on where your garage is and how the space around it is used.
Garage door openers typically last 10 to 15 years. Heat, daily use, and unbalanced springs all shorten that life, because an opener fighting heavy springs wears out faster. If your opener is over a decade old, intermittent, or missing modern safety sensors, replacement is usually a better investment than repairing it.
A door that reverses or won't close usually has misaligned or dirty photo-eye safety sensors, a travel-limit setting that's off, or a bent track. Strong afternoon sun can also blind the sensors on west-facing garages. We diagnose the exact cause and realign, clean, or adjust the part so the door closes reliably.
Yes. On every opener install we program fresh remotes and a wireless keypad, set up myQ smart-phone control, and test everything before we leave. If you have an existing opener with remotes that stopped working, we can often reprogram or replace them on a service call without swapping the whole unit.
Repairs & Emergencies
Yes. We aim for same-day service across the East Valley for broken springs, doors off track, and opener failures, because a stuck door is a safety and security problem. Call before midday for the best chance of a same-day visit; after-hours emergency service is also available.
A garage door emergency is any situation that leaves your home or car exposed or unsafe, such as a door stuck open, a door that won't close and lock, a door off its tracks, or a snapped spring that makes the door too heavy to lift. Call us right away; we offer same-day and after-hours service for these across the East Valley.
Stop using the door and don't try to force it back on the tracks; a crooked door can fall and cause injury or damage. Keep people and pets clear, unplug the opener if you safely can, and call us. We realign or replace bent track, fix the rollers and cables, and test the door before it goes back into use.
A loud garage door usually means dry or worn rollers, hinges that have seized, loose hardware, or an aging chain-drive opener. Often a lubrication and tune-up quiets it down, but worn rollers or a failing opener may need replacing. We diagnose the noise source and quote the fix before any work begins.
We recommend a garage door safety tune-up once a year. Arizona heat dries out lubrication and fatigues springs faster than in cooler climates, so an annual check of the springs, rollers, cables, track alignment, and auto-reverse keeps the door running quietly and safely and catches wear before it becomes a breakdown.
