By using this website and submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. This site is provided by PGW Garage Doors for informational purposes and to request garage door service.

Estimates and pricing

Quotes provided through this site are estimates based on the information you share. A final, itemized price is confirmed after an on-site inspection. Our service call is $149 and includes up to one hour of a technician's time plus a full door and opener safety tune-up. If you approve a repair, the service call fee applies toward the work. Prices are subject to change, and any estimate is valid for a reasonable period after it is provided.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program. PGW Garage Doors, a trade name of Precision Garage Works LLC, offers a text messaging program to homeowners who request a quote on pgwgaragedoors.com and opt in, or who call or text our business number at (480) 000-0000. Messages relate to your quote request, estimate scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival, and customer service. We do not send marketing messages through this program unless you separately opt in to them.

Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (480) 000-0000. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text "START" and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. We also honor other reasonable opt-out requests such as "unsubscribe," "cancel," "end," or "quit."

Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@precisiongarageworks.com or (480) 000-0000 (phones answered 8am to 5pm, 7 days).

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates and frequency. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your request, typically a few messages per quote or appointment. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Consent. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

No warranties on content

Information on this site is general and may not apply to your specific door. It is not a substitute for an in-person inspection. Always rely on a qualified technician for diagnosis and repair; garage door springs are under high tension and dangerous to handle yourself.

Warranties

Warranties vary by product and are explained in writing with every quote. Doors and openers we install carry the manufacturer's parts warranty, and our workmanship is backed by a workmanship warranty. We'll explain exactly what's covered before any work starts.

Who we are

PGW Garage Doors is a Precision Garage Works company, bonded and insured. We have served the Valley since 2014.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PGW Garage Doors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
